We are looking for a Judge for our Dog Show to be held on 28th April in Girne. We would like to hear from anyone that is experienced in judging at dog shows and would be willing to spare a few hours to help at our Fun show.

14 years in our Rescue Centre

Recently newspapers in the UK featured the story of poor Hector Britains Loneliest Dog who has been in a UK rescue center for 500 days.
Well we have an even lonelier dog – Kylie !
Kylie has spent the last 14 years (5110 days) living up at our Rescue Center since she arrived in 2004. We do not know why she has never been homed – she is a friendly dog who loves her food and walks (she is still quite sprightly) – she likes other dogs providing they allow her to be boss and is generally an all around delightful old lady.
Next week is Valentines Day – a day for love and happiness.
What Kylie would really love is for her very own Valentine to come along, sweep her off her feet (not literally) , take her home and let her enjoy her golden years in a warm, loving, happy home.
Where is Kylies Valentine ??? You are out there somewhere and Kylie is waiting for you

PLEA FOR PUPPY FOOD FOR OUR CENTRE

A PLEA!!!!!!

The puppies at the centre are in desperate need of puppy food.

The biscuits we have for the rest of the dogs are too big and they are struggling to eat. Please, please, please help us feed the puppies at the centre…..

Bags of food can be dropped at the Karakum Office Monday-Friday 9am – 4.30pm.

LEMAR DISCOUNT CARDS ARE HERE

The payment is for the use of loyalty cards in Lemar stores across the TRNC. Cards are available from the office in Karakum.

ESK CALENDARS AVAILABLE IN STORE NOW

The children of ESK (English School of Kyrenia), have produced a desktop calendar under their ‘Helping Hands’ banner. All proceeds will be going to help the centre dogs and cats. The calendars are 10TL and available from the office and the centre.
