WARNING, PLEASE SHAREIt has been reported from the Arapkoy Area, that a number of cats have been found deceased or very ill, having had their tails ‘removed’.
This procedure apparently was not conducted by a Vet.
Please be vigilant in your local area and report any incidents to the Belediyesi and the Police.
The incidents we have been made aware of, have been reported.
