October 1st was Black Dog day. Black dogs are often overlooked and the last to be homed – we don’t understand this as we think all black dogs are beautiful!

To promote our black dogs at the rescue centre, we are having our own Black Beauty Week. We will be posting videos of some of our black dogs – some young, some not so young – but each and every one deserving a forever home.

Andi is the first of our black beauties to appeal for a home. This lovely girl has been with us since 2015 – 6 years – when she was just a tiny puppy. So the centre is all she has ever known. As you can see Andi is a friendly girl and has a very waggy tail! She gets on well with other dogs and is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.
