Trina is one of our larger dogs and she has been with us since 2014, when she was rescued as a tiny puppy. She is now 10 years old, so she has plenty more years still in her!

She’s a shy, quiet girl so would be happier in a home where there’s not too much going on. A nice calm home where she can relax and just enjoy life would be perfect for her.

These 3 sweethearts were found in the middle of January, abandoned at the top of the Beşparmaklar Mountains.

Now, 4.5 months old, vaccinated and ready for homing.

This darling boy was found abandoned outside Sah Supermaket in 2017.

He can be prepped for a life abroad….

In December 2023, we were contacted via email and asked if we would help to ‘sell a mum and tiny pup’.

The owner was returning home and needed to offload her dog as a matter of urgency.

We, of course refused to purchase the dogs, but spent days trying to convince the owner to surrender the dogs for a better and safe life, away from potential breeders here in the TRNC.

Finally with a leaving date looming she did surrender the young mum (less than a year old) and her 8 week old pup (male).

The pekingese mother and her peke/pug cross baby, had to be rehomed as soon as possible as shelter life for a small house dog is completely unacceptable.

A home was found for both almost immediately.

Here is an update from the puppies new family.
