Sue Gale who is a supporter of the Tatlisu dog shelter and Rob’s Rescues, has been selling costume jewellery at the monthly table top sale at Double Gemini.
She now feels that she needs to rejuvenate her stall and has kindly donated her costume jewellery to KAR.

We are pleased to report that Ginny and her litter are all doing well. She is being a really good Mum and her pups are all thriving.
As soon as they are old enough, we will be appealing for homes for them (and for Ginny as well!). In the meantime here’s a few photos of Mum and her brood, we think Ginny likes having her photo taken!!

We are delighted to announce that we have exceeded our target of £1,500! Thank you to each and every one of you that has donated – we are so very grateful for your support.
In these hot temperatures, our dogs do their best to keep cool by sitting in a bowl of water or of course, having a good splash around! If you would still like to donate to our water appeal, we would be very grateful. All donations help us care for the dogs and cats at the rescue centre and keep them happy, cool and content.

It’s cute puppy time!
Here are Ginny’s puppies all snuggled up together, they look so cosy and happy. They are now 14 days old and doing really well.
We will keep you updated on their progress, we can’t wait for them to start exploring – not sure that Ginny will be happy about that though!

WE NEED YOUR URGENT HELP!!!!

PLEASE HELP!
There is no mains water supply available to the Rescue Centre and therefore all water has to be delivered by tanker. Every delivery of 15 tonnes is costing 1,000 Turkish lira (approx. £50) and during the summer months (with the very high temperatures) the water consumption is greatly increased, using between 7– 10 tonnes of water daily. The dogs and cats not only need this for drinking and bathing to keep cool, but also for the daily washing down and disinfecting of their living areas.
We are appealing for donations to help pay for water for the rescue centre so that we can supply this basic life requirement to our dogs and cats.
